These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit the BeeBee Upgrades website, place an order or use our services. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, images and pricing.

Product colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and your screen settings. Minor manufacturing variations may also occur.

Product dimensions, weights and performance figures supplied by manufacturers are approximate unless stated otherwise.

We may update product information or discontinue products without notice. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
Cycling components may require specific frame, groupset, bottom-bracket, drivetrain, brake or wheel compatibility.

You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your bike before ordering. Where requested, we may provide compatibility guidance based on the information you supply.

Compatibility advice does not replace inspection by a qualified bicycle mechanic. We recommend professional installation for safety-critical components, including cranksets, wheelsets, handlebars, brakes and power meters.

Incorrect installation, misuse or incompatibility may affect product performance and warranty coverage, but this does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order already accepted by us.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy policies.

If a product is listed with an obvious pricing, description or technical error, we may contact you before processing the order. Where an affected order cannot be fulfilled, any payment already received will be refunded.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. After receiving your order, we may check product availability, payment status, delivery details and potential fraud risks.

We may decline or cancel an order where:

The product is unavailable

Payment cannot be authorised

Delivery information is incomplete

An obvious pricing or listing error has occurred

We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity

We cannot legally supply the product to the destination

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the affected amount.

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. An order cannot always be cancelled once it has entered processing, fulfilment or shipping.
BeeBee Upgrades does not hold every product in New Zealand. Products may be dispatched directly from an overseas supplier, manufacturer or fulfilment partner.

Delivery timeframes shown on the website are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, public holidays or other events outside our reasonable control.

We will provide tracking information when available. Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before confirming your order.

Where we arrange delivery, New Zealand consumer protections may apply to goods that arrive late, damaged or not at all.
Internationally fulfilled orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs processing fees or carrier charges.

Where these costs are not included at checkout, they may be charged separately by the destination country, customs authority or delivery provider.

You are responsible for checking any import requirements that apply in your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or incomplete import information.

We will not intentionally understate a product’s value or describe an order inaccurately on customs documentation.
Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please contact us before returning a product. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted or may take longer to process.

You are not automatically entitled to a refund because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item or selected an incompatible product. Any change-of-mind return is subject to our published returns policy.

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or not fit for its intended purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. These rights are not excluded by our store policies or manufacturer warranties
Some products include a manufacturer or supplier warranty. Warranty periods and conditions may vary between products.

A warranty claim may require:

Product serial numbers

Installation information

Inspection by the supplier or manufacturer

Manufacturer warranties may not cover normal wear, crash damage, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, neglect or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

Any manufacturer warranty is additional to, and does not replace, your rights under applicable consumer law.
Cycling involves inherent risks. Products must be installed, maintained and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

We recommend that safety-critical components are installed and inspected by a qualified bicycle mechanic.

You should stop using a product immediately if it shows signs of damage, unusual movement, cracking, excessive wear or unsafe operation.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under New Zealand law.
The BeeBee Upgrades website, including its text, branding, graphics, layouts and original content, is owned by or licensed to BeeBee Upgrades.

Manufacturer names, logos, product images and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use the website for personal shopping and information purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit website content without permission.
When you submit a review, image or other content, you confirm that:

It is based on your genuine experience

It does not contain false or misleading information

You have permission to share it

It does not infringe another person’s rights

It is not unlawful, abusive or harmful
